May 2013 - Present | Denver, COFounded and currently lead, as CEO, the premier natural and organic food co-manufacturer in the Rocky Mountain Region. Have grown the company from startup to $9M run rate, with multiple facilities, 6 food production processes, 80 employees, while becoming the operational partner for 14 brands, and nearing EBITDA positive. Led all capital raises and recently consummated a partnering deal with Snyder's-Lance, Inc. (Fortune 100 CPG snack food company) for additional growth capital and revenue opportunities to support Snyder's growing natural snack portfolio.

During a 30-month tenure as Chief Executive Officer, more than doubled sales from $15M (2009) to $35M (2012), doubled its retail distribution (to more than 4,500 pts), improved share in Natural Grocery / Whole Foods channel to #1, grew gross margins +20%, and improved EBITDA to above break-even. Directed country managers in Ireland, Spain, Scotland, Italy, Germany, France, Greece and a production facility located in Zaragosa, Spain with 350+ employees, including the launch of flagship Coors and Coors Light brands into Europe. Led a transitional game-plan for Coors-Europe to bring it from multi-million in losses/year to a profitable business. Also the European lead for the Coors acquisition of Carling (U.K.brands) from Bass Brewers.

Promoted to one of the largest Frito-Lay's markets (MI, WI, MN, ND, and SD), representing nearly $400M in sales and $75M in EBITDA. Brought in to manage two in-process unionization attempts. Engaged employees from day one, quickly rebuilt sales and warehouse leadership teams, revamped sales compensation programs, and successfully thwarted both attempts.
